Privacy Policy

Last updated: February 21, 2026

1. Introduction

WebinarFuse ("we," "us," or "our") operates the website www.webinarfuse.com and the WebinarFuse application (collectively, the "Service"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you visit our website, use our Service, or interact with us in any way. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy.

WebinarFuse is operated by WebinarFuse LLC. If you have questions about this policy, contact us at team@webinarfuse.com.

2. Information we collect

We collect the following categories of personal information:

Information you provide directly: Name, email address, phone number, billing and payment information (processed by Stripe — we do not store full card numbers), account credentials, and any content you create within the Service (presentations, scripts, marketing assets).

Information collected automatically: IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring URL, pages visited, time and date of visits, time spent on pages, and other diagnostic data. We may use cookies, web beacons, pixels, and similar tracking technologies to collect this information.

Information from third parties: If you sign up through a referral link, affiliate, or partner integration, we may receive basic contact information from those sources.

3. How we use your information

We use the information we collect for the following purposes:

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service. To process your transactions and manage your subscription (via Stripe). To communicate with you about your account, including transactional emails (account confirmation, password resets, billing notifications). To send you marketing communications, including promotional emails, product updates, and educational content — only with your consent and with the ability to opt out at any time. To send SMS/text messages related to your account, service updates, or promotional communications — only with your express written consent (see Section 5). To improve, personalize, and expand the Service. To understand and analyze usage trends. To detect, prevent, and address fraud, security issues, and technical problems. To comply with legal obligations.

4. Communications consent — email

By submitting your email address through any form on our website or Service, you consent to receive email communications from WebinarFuse, including account-related transactional emails, product updates and feature announcements, educational content and tips, and promotional offers and marketing communications.

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by clicking the "unsubscribe" link included in every marketing email or by contacting us at team@webinarfuse.com. Opting out of marketing emails will not affect transactional emails related to your account or subscription.

5. Communications consent — SMS/text messaging (TCPA & A2P 10DLC compliance)

By providing your phone number and checking the SMS consent box on any form on our website or Service, you provide your express written consent to receive SMS/text messages from WebinarFuse at the phone number you provide. This consent is provided on a one-to-one basis to WebinarFuse only.

Types of messages: Messages may include account notifications and alerts, service updates and product announcements, appointment and webinar reminders, promotional offers and marketing communications, and educational content.

Message frequency: Message frequency varies. You may receive up to 10 messages per month, though frequency may vary based on your account activity and preferences.

Message and data rates: Standard message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details.

Opt-out: You may opt out of SMS communications at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a single confirmation message and no further SMS messages will be sent. You may also opt out by contacting us at team@webinarfuse.com.

Help: For help with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact us at team@webinarfuse.com.

Carrier liability: Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Consent is not required: Consent to receive SMS messages is not a condition of purchasing any product or service from WebinarFuse. You may use our Service without providing SMS consent.

No sharing of SMS data: Your mobile phone number, SMS opt-in data, and SMS consent information will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes. We may share mobile numbers and opt-in data only with service providers who assist us in delivering messages (e.g., our SMS platform provider), and only under strict confidentiality and solely to support the delivery of messages you have consented to receive.

Our SMS messaging complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), the Cellular Telecommunications Industry Association (CTIA) messaging guidelines, and is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging via 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers in compliance with carrier requirements.

6. AI-generated content and communications

WebinarFuse uses artificial intelligence technology to generate webinar scripts, slide content, marketing assets, email copy, ad copy, and other content within the Service. AI-generated content is created based on your inputs and is provided for your use and editing.

We may also use AI technology to assist with marketing communications, including email and social media content. By consenting to receive communications from us, you acknowledge that some communications may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence. We will disclose the use of AI in communications where required by applicable federal or state law.

AI-generated content provided by the Service is for informational and business purposes only. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and ensuring the accuracy and compliance of any content generated by the Service before using it in your own marketing or business activities.

7. Payment processing

All payment processing is handled by Stripe, Inc. ("Stripe"). When you provide payment information, it is transmitted directly to Stripe's secure servers. We do not store, process, or have access to your full credit card number, CVV, or other sensitive payment details. Stripe's privacy policy governs the collection and use of your payment information: https://stripe.com/privacy.

We do store your name, email address, subscription status, and billing history for account management and customer support purposes.

8. Cookies and tracking technologies

We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to collect information about your browsing activity on our website. This may include essential cookies required for the website to function, analytics cookies to understand how visitors use our site (e.g., Google Analytics), and marketing cookies to deliver relevant advertisements and track campaign performance (e.g., Meta Pixel, Google Ads).

You can manage your cookie preferences through your browser settings. Disabling certain cookies may affect the functionality of our website.

9. Data sharing and disclosure

We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with the following categories of third parties, solely for the purposes described in this policy:

Service providers: Companies that help us operate the Service, including hosting providers (Vercel, Supabase), payment processing (Stripe), email delivery platforms, SMS messaging platforms, analytics providers, and customer relationship management tools (HighLevel).

Legal requirements: We may disclose your information if required by law, court order, subpoena, or other legal process, or if we believe disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

Business transfers: If WebinarFuse is involved in a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as part of that transaction.

10. Data retention

We retain your personal information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. We also retain information as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. When your data is no longer needed, it is securely deleted or anonymized. SMS consent records and opt-out requests are retained for a minimum of 10 years in compliance with applicable state regulations.

11. Data security

We implement reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. This includes encryption of data in transit (SSL/TLS), secure storage practices, and access controls. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Your rights

Depending on your location, you may have the following rights regarding your personal information:

Access and portability: Request a copy of the personal information we hold about you. Correction: Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete information. Deletion: Request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal retention requirements. Opt-out: Opt out of marketing communications (email and SMS) at any time. Restriction: Request that we limit processing of your information in certain circumstances.

To exercise any of these rights, contact us at team@webinarfuse.com. We will respond to your request within 30 days.

13. California residents (CCPA/CPRA)

If you are a California resident, you have the right to know what personal information we collect and how it is used, request deletion of your personal information, opt out of the sale of personal information (we do not sell personal information), and not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights. To submit a request, contact us at team@webinarfuse.com.

14. Children's privacy
