Last updated: February 21, 2026
1. Agreement to terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you," "your," or "user") and WebinarFuse ("we," "us," or "our"), operated by WebinarFuse LLC. By accessing or using our website at www.webinarfuse.com, the WebinarFuse application, or any related services (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Service.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated Terms on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years of age to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you are at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement, and are not barred from using the Service under any applicable laws. If you are using the Service on behalf of a business or organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
3. Account registration
To access certain features of the Service, you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update your information as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if any information provided is inaccurate, misleading, or incomplete, or if we reasonably believe your account has been compromised.
4. Description of Service
WebinarFuse is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides voice-activated teleprompter functionality, AI-powered webinar content generation (including scripts, slides, marketing assets, email sequences, and ad copy), multi-view presentation synchronization, and related tools for creating and delivering webinar presentations. The Service is provided via web browser and does not require software downloads or installations.
5. Subscription and billing
Free trial: New users may be eligible for a free trial period as described on the pricing page at the time of registration. During the free trial, you will have full access to the Service. You must provide valid payment information to start a free trial.
Subscription: At the end of the free trial period, your subscription will automatically convert to a paid monthly subscription at the rate displayed at the time of registration (currently $97/month), unless you cancel before the trial period ends. Your payment method will be charged automatically on a recurring monthly basis.
Price changes: We reserve the right to change subscription pricing at any time. If we increase the price of your subscription, we will provide you with at least 30 days' advance notice. Your continued use of the Service after a price change takes effect constitutes your agreement to the new price.
Payment processing: All payments are processed by Stripe, Inc. By providing your payment information, you agree to Stripe's terms of service and privacy policy. We do not store your full credit card number or CVV.
Failed payments: If a payment fails, we may retry the charge and/or suspend your access to the Service until payment is successfully processed. We may also terminate your account after repeated failed payment attempts.
6. Cancellation and refunds
Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us at team@webinarfuse.com. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service through the end of your current billing period. No further charges will be made after cancellation.
Refunds: Subscription fees are non-refundable. When you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing period, but no refunds or credits will be issued for partial months or unused time.
Free trial cancellation: If you cancel during the free trial period, you will not be charged. Your access to the Service will end at the conclusion of the trial period.
7. Communications consent
By submitting your contact information through any form on our website or Service, you consent to be contacted by WebinarFuse by email and/or text message at the address(es) and number(s) you provide, including through the use of automated telephone dialing systems, artificial or prerecorded voice messages, AI-generated content, and/or text messages.
This consent is provided on a one-to-one basis to WebinarFuse only. Your consent will not be shared with, transferred to, or used by any other company. No other company is authorized to contact you based on the consent you provide on this website.
Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any product or service. You may use the Service without providing consent to receive marketing communications.
You may revoke your consent at any time by replying STOP to any text message, clicking "unsubscribe" in any email, or contacting us at team@webinarfuse.com. Message and data rates may apply. Message frequency varies.

8. SMS/text message terms
By opting in to receive text messages from WebinarFuse, you agree to the following terms in addition to those in our Privacy Policy:
We may send text messages related to your account and subscription, service updates and product announcements, webinar reminders and notifications, educational content, and promotional communications.
Message frequency varies. Standard message and data rates may apply. To opt out at any time, reply STOP. For help, reply HELP or contact us at team@webinarfuse.com.
Major U.S. carriers are supported. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile number and information will not be shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their own marketing or promotional purposes.
Our SMS messaging is registered with The Campaign Registry (TCR) and complies with carrier requirements for Application-to-Person (A2P) messaging via 10-digit long code (10DLC) numbers.
9. AI-generated content
The Service uses artificial intelligence to generate content including, but not limited to, webinar scripts, presentation slides, marketing copy, email sequences, ad copy, social media posts, and landing page text. You acknowledge and agree to the following:
AI-generated content is provided as a starting point and may require review, editing, and customization before use. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, originality, or legal compliance of AI-generated content. You are solely responsible for reviewing and ensuring the accuracy, compliance, and appropriateness of any content generated by the Service before publishing, distributing, or using it in any manner. We are not liable for any claims, damages, or losses arising from your use of AI-generated content, including but not limited to claims of intellectual property infringement, defamation, false advertising, or regulatory non-compliance. AI-generated content may not be unique to you. Similar or identical content may be generated for other users who provide similar inputs.
10. Your content and intellectual property
Your content: You retain ownership of all content you create, upload, or input into the Service, including your presentations, scripts, notes, images, and any modifications you make to AI-generated content ("Your Content").
License to us: By uploading or creating content in the Service, you grant WebinarFuse a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, display, and transmit Your Content solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. We will not use Your Content for any other purpose, including training AI models, without your explicit consent.
AI-generated content ownership: Subject to any applicable third-party rights, you own the output generated by the AI features of the Service based on your specific inputs and configurations, once you have reviewed and edited it.
Our intellectual property: The Service, including its design, code, algorithms, features, branding, documentation, and all related materials, is the intellectual property of WebinarFuse and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.
11. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service to:
Violate any applicable federal, state, local, or international law or regulation. Generate, distribute, or promote content that is illegal, fraudulent, defamatory, obscene, or harmful. Infringe on the intellectual property rights of any third party. Send spam, unsolicited messages, or bulk commercial communications through or using content generated by the Service in violation of CAN-SPAM, TCPA, or other applicable laws. Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or any computer systems or networks. Use the Service to develop a competing product or service. Resell, sublicense, or redistribute access to the Service without our prior written consent. Use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or interact with the Service in a manner that exceeds normal human usage.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service, without refund, for any violation of these acceptable use terms.
12. Third-party services
The Service may integrate with or link to third-party services, including but not limited to Stripe (payment processing), Google (voice recognition APIs), and various social media platforms. Your use of third-party services is governed by their respective terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the availability, content, or practices of third-party services.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, SECURE, OR FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS. WE DO NOT WARRANT THE ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF ANY CONTENT GENERATED BY THE AI FEATURES OF THE SERVICE. YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE IS AT YOUR OWN RISK.
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL WEBINARFUSE, ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, OR AFFILIATES BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE SERVICE, WHETHER BASED ON WARRANTY, CONTRACT, TORT (INCLUDING NEGLIGENCE), STATUTE, OR ANY OTHER LEGAL THEORY, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THESE TERMS OR THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID TO US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
15. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless WebinarFuse, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, your violation of any applicable law or regulation, any content you create, upload, or distribute using the Service, and any claim that content you generated or distributed using the Service infringes the intellectual property or other rights of any third party.
16. DMCA and copyright complaints
If you believe that content available on or through the Service infringes your copyright, please submit a written notice to our designated copyright agent at team@webinarfuse.com containing identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed, identification of the infringing material and information sufficient to locate it, your contact information (name, address, phone number, email), a statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized, and a statement that the information in the notice is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.
17. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. You may request an export of Your Content prior to termination by contacting us at team@webinarfuse.com. The following sections will survive termination: Intellectual Property, Disclaimer of Warranties, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, Governing Law, and any other provisions that by their nature should survive.
18. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, either party may pursue resolution through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with the arbitration conducted in Burlington County, New Jersey. Judgment on the arbitration award may be entered in any court of competent jurisdiction.
YOU AGREE THAT ANY DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROCEEDINGS WILL BE CONDUCTED ONLY ON AN INDIVIDUAL BASIS AND NOT IN A CLASS, CONSOLIDATED, OR REPRESENTATIVE ACTION. If for any reason a claim proceeds in court rather than arbitration, you and WebinarFuse each waive any right to a jury trial.
19. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect. The invalid or unenforceable provision will be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable.
20. Entire agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any other policies referenced herein, constitute the entire agreement between you and WebinarFuse regarding the Service and supersede all prior agreements, understandings, and communications, whether written or oral.
